Pause and cancel
Can you pause or cancel deliveries?
Pooch & Mutt says “Skip, swap, or cancel anytime”. Butternut Box says there is no cancellation fee, with stopping handled through the pause-subscription route in account settings.
Timing still matters. Bella + Duke warns that cancelling an account after payment has been taken will not cancel the upcoming order. Check the next payment before changing a delivery.
