Analytics
Analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics records pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region and site events, such as a calculator result with the country, age group, activity and the number of rows shown (no weights, prices or totals). Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling. Google and Microsoft process this data under their own privacy policies.
Google Tag Manager
Loads the analytics tags.
Google Analytics 4
Pages viewed, device, approximate region, site events.
Microsoft Clarity
Clicks and scrolling, to find layout problems.
Cookie consent
Cookie consent
On the UK pages (/uk/) a banner asks for consent first. Until you accept, Google tags run in a cookieless mode and Microsoft Clarity does not load. You can change your choice with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
UK pages
A banner asks before analytics cookies are set.
Clarity

Feedback form
The Feedback form
If you send a message with the Feedback button, we receive what you type, the topic you chose, your email address if you leave one, the address and title of the page, your screen size, your browser’s language and whether it uses a light or dark theme (and your browser version, for “Something’s broken”). The message is stored on our server and a copy is emailed to the editors.
We use it only to fix the site and to reply to you. Your email address is never added to a mailing list or shared. Your IP address is not stored: a one-way code made from it is kept for one day to stop repeated spam. Messages are kept for up to 12 months. To have a message you sent deleted, write to hello@freshfood.dog.
